Our mental health team offers an exceptional group of OT’s who are experienced, effective and trained across a wide array of evidenced based treatment including Behavioural Activation, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Whether your goal is to re-engage in your daily activities or to return to work, our OT will help you understand your symptoms, while teaching and supporting you to practice effective coping strategies in the natural environment and communities you live in.

We offer the following services:
Psychoeducation: Providing structured and comprehensive information and resources to enhance your understanding and coping skills related to your mental health condition
Prolonged Exposure: an evidence-based structured approach to gradually confront distressing activities, places or triggers that you are avoiding to help reduce anxiety and trauma symptoms.
Activation: structured support to help you re-engage in daily activities that are valued by you.
Gradual Return to Work (GRTW): support and coaching in a planned return to work
Stay at Work (SAW): support and coaching to stay at work
Collaboration with your health care team
