Health Services for Community Living

Specialized seating and dysphagia consultation is available to adults with Developmental Disabilities supported by Community Living BC (CLBC) upon referral by their primary Health Services for Community Living (HSCL) care team.

A young woman pushes a girl in a colourful wheelchair outdoors on a sunny day. The girl in the wheelchair has her arms spread wide and is smiling, while both appear joyful and carefree.
A smiling woman in a wheelchair wearing a green sports jersey and cap sits on a grassy sports pitch. Other people and trees are visible in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

If you are a Health Services for Community Living or Home and Community Care occupational or physiotherapist, or other primary care provider in areas where no OT or PT is available, please click the links below to access the HSCL seating and dysphagia referral forms and contract protocols.
